“A Taste of the Enlightenment Intensive Technique”

An online offering in partnership with TAT (Truth and Transmission). Together we will embark on an experiential overview of the inquiry meditation process used during the Enlightenment Intensive Retreat (EI), which has been offered around the world since its inception in 1968.  This is a great opportunity for individuals who are curious about utilizing a process that combines the Zen Sesshin koan practice with the dyad communication process. It will also be a valuable refresher for those who want to deepen their understanding of the process.

The event will feature Jayaprabha Mare King, whose name means "Light of Victory," who was given this title by her teacher Amritanandamayi (Amma) as both recognition and encouragement in her spiritual journey. Since 1995, she has dedicated herself to a meditative and yogic lifestyle, fostering deep self-inquiry, awareness, and transformation, which ultimately led to the founding of the Vital Life Center, a center of awakening consciousness in 2008.
