These mini retreats aim to provide reflective nourishment to relax the body, sooth the mind, and realize the soul.

New, intermediate and advanced meditators are welcome.

Vegetarian lunch included.

Gentle Yoga (optional)

Meditation including breathing, chanting, & silent sitting

Intention setting including talk & mind mapping

Deep listening deep sharing dyad meditation

1:15 - 2pm

Vegetarian lunch

Outdoor walking meditation or indoor moving meditation weather dependent

3 - 3:45pm

Art contemplation

3:45 - 4:30pm

Price $115

Register below with a $15 nonrefundable deposit to cover the cost of lunch, the remaining balance will be due upon arrival. Cash or check is preferred, credit available if needed.

Limited Amount of Partial Scholarships Available:

To apply for scholarship funds, please fill out the scholarship application using the link below.  Applications will be considered on a first come, first serve basis. We currently have a limited number of partial scholarships, and hope to serve as many people as needed.  Please submit your scholarship application at least one week prior to the retreat. We will get back to you once we have had an opportunity to review your submission.
