Yoga
Our yoga classes are both therapeutic and meditative done in the traditional Hatha style.
You will experience flowing sequences alongside held postures and breathing techniques that calm the mind, relax the body and improve strength, joint health and flexibility. Modifications and enhancements are offered to bring in a fun and safe practice to suit the experience level and needs of all students. This allows for the growth of both the beginning and the enhancement of the experienced student.
The yoga classes are held in our Large Studio Building which is grey and white. When you pull into the parking lot in the back of our two buildings it is the second one in. When facing the back of the building use the stairs with the wrought iron railings on your right.
