Saturday Morning Meditation at VLC
Meditation can help strengthen areas of your brain responsible for memory, learning, attention and self-awareness. Over time meditation can increase cognition, memory and attention and decrease emotional reactivity, stress, anxiety and depression. Join us for your very own experiential exploration of these effective ancient practices that are all the rage in modern neuroscience and psychology research.
