Saturday Morning Meditation at VLC

Meditation can help strengthen areas of your brain responsible for memory, learning, attention and self-awareness. Over time meditation can increase cognition, memory and attention and decrease emotional reactivity, stress, anxiety and depression.​ Join us for your very own experiential exploration of these effective ancient practices that are all the rage in modern neuroscience and psychology research.
